According to geographical consideration, the teams from the same zone will be distributed into different pools as many as possible.
3.1 TPE should be in Pool A to avoid 3 teams from Eastern Zone in Pool B
3.2 AUS, VIE and KAZ shall be drawn to Pool A and B
