Iran hosts Coaches Course Level I

Tehran, Iran, September 3, 2010 – A Volleyball Coaching course level I successfully finished in Tehran last Friday as 24 candidates, including 19 male and 5 female, took part in the event. One of the participants was from Sri Lanka.

The course lasted for twelve days from August 16-27 and it was managed by FIVB Instructors Dr. Miloslav Ejem from Czech Republic as the director and Dr. Khosrow Ebrahim from Iran as the instructor. Prior to the course, all the participants had gone through English and computer tests, so they were able to use the speeches of the course directly without any translation to Persian language.

Participants were chosen among the enthusiast ex -national team players of the past decade. The course took place in the Academy of Olympic since all needed facilities were available there. During the closing ceremony both director and instructor admitted that the course was one of the unique ones ,since the knowledge of participants in theory and practice of volleyball was very high.
