Lausanne, Switzerland, August 2, 2010 – The International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) is pleased to announce the official launch of a new Electronic International Transfer Procedure, which replaces the former paper process.

The Electronic International Transfer Procedure has been developed by the FIVB in order to make the International Transfer Certificate procedure more efficient and transparent for all parties – Federations, Clubs and Players.

The FIVB Sports Events department has supplied an individual log in and password to all National Federations and Confederations to access the system and fill in the necessary documentation electronically for the transfer of players for the 2010/2011 season.

All clubs and players must contact their National Federation concerning their user accounts.
