New Delhi, India, December 4, 2009 – The FIVB Development Centre in Chennai in India finished the last course offered on Nov. 28 this year with a level II coaches course.
The course attracted 22 coaches from India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. The course was run by the FIVB instructors, Mr. Athanasios Papageorgiu from Greece and the native Mr. Ramano Rao who is also serving as the Director for the Development Centre.
The overall assessment revealed that the participants were satisfied with the knowledge gained during the 13 day course. “It´s been fantastic course, and I can use everything I have learned in my home country”, stated Mr. Mahbub from Bangladesh who is a Volleyball coach in a local school in Dhaka. The Development Centre in Chennai is mainly serving the Central Asian Region. |
