Beijing, China July 16, 2009 – The Volleyball Cooperation Programme extends its goodwill to countries which are in need for support and need technical and practical instructions in Volleyball and Beach Volleyball.

Acccording to reports reaching here, DPR of Korea held a referee course in Pyongyang, which is one example of the usefulness of a true grass root development by the FIVB.

The course in Pyongyang was administered by the referee instructor Mr. David Smith who commented that the course attracted 22 national referees who received the latest instructions adopted for Volleyball refereeing
