Tehran, Iran, May 17, 2009 - Iran Volleyball federation recently held for the second time a course with the name of Analyze course for 21 scout men of volley ball teams (6 persons of participants were women). Mr. Paolo GIARDINIERI from Italy was Course director.

Improving the ability of participants in use of analyze in a real from is one of the aims of the course. Passing this course helps the coaches to give progress to their team performance. In final stage, humanizing volleyball is one of the main objectives of any educational program. Technical officials of team should be familiar with analyze otherwise they will not be able to understand the given information by scout man.

President of Iran volleyball in opening ceremony of the course said: "this season we had 14 teams in super league, we had a dynamic league. Nowadays our volleyball is going to be more technical, it goes towards professionalism. So we felt the need for organizing such courses."

Analyze course is very similar to VIS course. It is computer based course, and gives out computer statistics in volleyball for study of techniques and tactics which those could be used for any team preparation before and after matches. It brings big motivation for the team and provides great help for the coach. In any match there is a little time for careful study of different aspects of team and players' .So technical officials by these statistics consider the weak points of the team. In general speaking head coach is the main chef so he needs many things and from economical aspect those have high value for him and his team. Analyze gives figures of performances of team as the target. It helps team to correct his performance to become best team.

The main difference of analyze with VIS or scout man with VIS man is this point: VIS man cannot analyze any aspect of the play. Vis collects pure statistics from each player's activity, in other words it defines what has done each player in the match. But scout man helps to progress of player. He should give solution for weak points of players.
